Does Moving Paws dog walker provide the walking equipment for the dog walk?
To ensure proper fit and comfort, Moving Paws does NOT bring or supply any walking equipment. Instead, we use the dog owner’s collar, harness, leash, poop bags, and any other equipment needed for your dog’s comfort and safety during the walk.
Does Moving Paws provide treats?
No, due to allergies, dietary restrictions, and your dog’s personal preference. Please supply treats and provide instructions.
Can Moving Paws walker feed my dog?
Yes, please leave detailed instructions.
Does Moving Paws have insurance?
Yes, provided by Intact Insurance.
Do Moving Paws dog walkers have any pet first aid training?
Yes, certified by Walks’n’ Wags Pet First aid 8-hour course.
How does the Moving Paws dog walker enter my home?
Lockbox code, hidden key, buzzed in or in person. Moving paws Inc will not hold keys for home entry at anytime.
What happens if the dog walker can't gain entry into the home?
The dog walker will recheck all entry instructions provided. The owner will be notified by the dog walker will be given further instructions for entry and the walk timer will start.
Who can see my home entry and walking information?
All information will be kept private and confidential only the selected dog walker will see your information.
Does my dog need to have a city of Calgary dog license?
Yes, tag must be current and attached to dog walking equipment.
